The Challenge
SpeedHome is a trailblazer in providing insurtech solutions in the property rental space. SpeedHome works with thousands of properties, landlords and rental all over Malaysia and across the region. To do this effectively, they need a comprehensive financial picture of a business, and understand expenses across multiple business units.
Not all payments can be structured as bank transfers. To manage different types of vendors both domestically and internationally, SpeedHome needed to keep track of payments happening through banks transfers, personal debit cards, petty cash, and making sure everything was being done on-schedule was becoming a hassle.
Financial bottlenecks. With a team of over 80 team members working across different business units - have a centralized finance department in-charge of making all transactions was becoming a major bottleneck for the overall productivity of the company.
