The Challenge
Foundingbird is a community based business in Malaysia and beyond, that provides business administration services and support via an all-in-one digital platform to aspiring and existing business owners with company incorporation, company secretary, accounting and bookkeeping, payroll and exclusive access to community events and offers for their business(es). To do this effectively, they need to provide multiple foreign-owned business to corporate card solutions to manage expenses for digital subscriptions and overseas vendors.
FoundingBird and its partner companies have to go through unnecessary pain and hassle to try and negotiate special payment terms to accommodate alternative payment terms due to the difficulty to acquire a corporate card through traditional banks.
Internally, there are digital vendors that we work with regularly, digital solutions we want to experiment with, personnel and business units that require frequent payment transactions - managing payouts, tallying business and personal expenses, claims, tracking invoices for all these needs has been a total nightmare.
